Most of what we used to hire for, our own AI already does. So instead of a list of jobs that don't exist, here's what's actually true.
Why this page has no jobs on it
A few years ago this would've been a list of openings. Today, AI handles a lot of what junior roles used to cover: first drafts, repetitive calls, busywork. We didn't want to post a job that isn't real just to look like we're growing.
Oktium is built on the idea that some moments are worth a real person. We still believe that about hiring, too. If you think you'd be one of those moments, we want to hear from you. No job description required.
