How billing works
Your 14-day trial starts when your first seller goes online, not when you sign up. Everything is included while it runs.
A seat is one seller who can take one live call at a time. Sellers who are not online do not need one.
An account is one business on Oktium. The branches inside it are unlimited and are never billed.
Choose monthly or yearly billing. Cancel any time; your plan continues until the end of the paid billing period.
Annual billing is paid once a year. Solo, each Business seat and Commerce AI all cost 10 monthly payments, giving you 2 months free.
You choose your billing currency when you set up your first branch.
Payment gateway fees (Stripe, Adyen, and others) are billed by your provider.
Onboarding and custom integrations can be quoted as one-time services.
